What we Do, We
Fix any domestic plumbing issues - leaks, blockages, drinages, taps. radiators, baths and kitchens
Freshen up - paint and decorate and do repairs where needed prior to sales or letting
Fix damp damaged walls and ceilings - repair and prep water or fire damaged walls prior to restoration
Corret minor electrical faults - dead sockets, switches, minor light change and or repairs,
Fix minor carpentry issues - cracked and gapping skirtings, loose and broken kitchen units, doors and windows
Release stiff bits - Shut off valves, isolation valves, radiator valves, Storage water tanks shut off and or isolation valves and Immersion heaters
Descale whole heating system - Power flush, Manual Flaush, Radiator descaling and sludge removal service.
Think outside the box too when the solution is complex and or awkward - we do those too.
